August was my busiest month, 8 weddings!! But for all wedding's I photograph each is unique to the couple. That could not be more true then for Tegan+Michael's wedding day. Some of my favourite photos and moments is from the morning. Tegan giving her bridesmaids their gifts. Her parent's seeing her become a bride and ready to walk down the aisle to Michael. But as always the most significant part of the day is the ceremony. Tegan+Michael had a beautiful ceremony infront of all their family and friends. I loved the looks you could catch them giving eachother throughout the ceremony. The portrait session was so much fun and was a perfect combination of Tegan+Michael. From Tegan with her guns to Michael's new tractor and great grandfathers tractor side by side. We went to Tegan+Michael's new home and Michael's parents. I love when we are able to use locations that mean something to the couple. My favourite part was the cornfield. So many of my favourite photos came from that part. I also loved how Tegan stomped through the cornfield in her dress with no worries, that is a true country girl. I absolutely loved that I was able to be a part of Tegan+Michael's day. Both families were so warm and welcoming. I don't think Tegan stopped smiling all day and I loved how Michael's face would light up when he looked over at her. Their wedding was beautiful and a perfect representation of the two of them. I wish you both so much happiness in your future together. Big thank you to Stacey for helping me out for the day.
