Brad+Kiirsti=September Wedding

My first official blog of 2015! My goal this year is to try and blog more of what I have been up to. But first I need to catch up on my wedding blog's. I shot so many amazing weddings is 2014, I can't not share them. So I decided to start off with 2 of my favourite people, Brad+Kiirsti. I met them both a few years ago while shooting a wedding in Mexico, not a horrible location to get to know someone. I have gotten to know them both even more over the past few years and am so lucky to call them friends. I was thrilled when they returned home from a cruise to see that Brad had proposed. They started planning immediatly and I was so excited to be asked to photograph their day. I quickly learnt that Kiirsti is great at planning and I personally think she should plan weddings. She knows how to get things done. Everything came together beautifully when the day arrived. Kiirsti looked absolutely stunning, I loved the dress she chose. Brad cleaned up nicely in a suit and tie, when he finally figured out how to tie a tie. They had planned for an outdoor ceremony but they had some good luck rain instead. The ceremony was beautiful and I loved how they tied a rope during as a symbol of the day. Lucky enough it cleared up just in time for us to take the golf carts out for some beautiful portraits. Brad+Kiirst are two of the kindest people you will ever come across and I am so happy I was there with them on their day. They were surrounded by all of those they loved and they made the day that much more special and fun. I look forward to seeing them continue to grow in their journey together. Thank you so much to Stacey for being my amazing assistant for the day. Congrats Brad and Kiirsti!
